Trigger warnings are hard for us but we are trying. We got some feedback last week about one of the topics we discussed and how a TW would have been nice. So, we thought it best to discuss here. We talk A LOT about weight and body image - it happens later in the episode but I am putting it up top for all ye listeners. We love you.

Why is skinny the goal? Or is it anymore? Can we have our cake and eat it too? Meaning, can we want to look a certain way but also love ourselves when we don’t? This is the everlasting conundrum.
